armor dying question

I was looking on guildwiki for dying help and found a cool chart... but it doesn't take account of the profession's default color.

I am trying to get 15k kuz necro armor and i was thinking of 2 colors I'm not sure which im going for yet... but the colors are almost a neon yellow or a bright medium blue.

can somone help plzzzzzzz
