i think 350-400k is high, even if you love weakness reduction.

i think 30k is maybe 5-10k low, even if you totally ignore the weakness reduction.

this is a shield you have to sell to the right buyer...200kish to someone who really hates weakness and really wants a 7 req celestial.

Agreed, maybe a bit more just cos it's req 7. 40-50k, in my opinion.
