Shared Burden needs to be improved

To me it seems like almost a waste of a skill, it's like a water skill but it's an elite.... costs 15 energy, casts in 2 seconds, recharge of 25seconds, target foe and nearby foes are slowed by 3.....14seconds up to 18seconds at illusion 16, I think you should gain 15 energy when it ends so it becomes a mix of 2 different skills, ethereal burden and a water spell. recharge and energy cost can stay the same.

Or make it cost 5en and 1s cast.
