Skill effects and Boss Aura Glitch

hi! 4 days ago i bought my new graphic card a Ati Radeon X850 Xt.
so i was playing GuildWars..and i was finaly enjoying it with graphics at max
with anti-aliasing 4x without lag and all effects max.
2 days after..while playing i get a "fatal Error, that was saying something about my graphic card driver, and it was shuting down gw.
so i update my driver to the last version but now, i saw some glitches with some skills and boss aura.

i thinking it is my graphic card, but i know that my system is not bad at all.the problem seems to depend on my camera angle. so lets say im fighting a boss i see the aura..but wen i turn the camera to a cetain angle it will deisapear.
same thing happens with Prot Spirit..

maybe i have to update something but i have no idea how to update certain drivers. all i did was : control panel, System, Hardware,devise manager,display adapters..then i right click on it and i did update drive.
if thats not the right thing to do plz tell me

Rollback your graphic drivers to 5.12 of ATI's drivers.

well i did what you said......but i have the bad news to tell you...






It workd thx alot , but why is the new driver worst than the old 1 -.-
