Unusual Crystalline question...

I recently bought a Crystalline sword, customized it, and have been using it as my main weapon.
One thing I've noticed is that the skin will change to a totally different sword at random times during battle.
It will stay in the odd skin after battle for a few seconds before changing back to the Crystalline skin.

Is this a bug? Is it something that can be, or even will be, fixed?
I paid a lot of money for it and it sucks that it changes into some god aweful ugly sword when I fight with it.

Check to see if you have a Weapon Spell from a ritualist on you next time it happens.
