Also any skins shield with a -2 while enchant and -2 stance shield

Not exactly what you need, but who knows... maybe you'll like it:

Crippling Chaos Axe
Slashing Damage 6-28 (req 9 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15% (while in a stance)
Lengthens Crippled duration on foes by 33%
