That, or get collector's weapons. They're perfect, and free. But if you want a staff then you will have to buy some upgrade parts which are more than 3k (the perfect ones), or, expert salvage it yourself.

someone was selling a gold +5 armor, +29 health, 11-22 damage (Air) and +10 energy staff for 3k. I wasn't sure if it was a good deal, so i passed.
