Shield collector question

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, so if not, could a mod please move it.

Anyway.

I'm just wondering if anybody knows where the collector that offers the +45/-2 stance (tactics or strength req.) shield is. I've searched around and can't find anything and have checked the auction forums and such. The only thing I've found was +42/-2 stance shield, but it was Req. 13 and the collector shield I heard was Req. 10.

If anybody knows where to find this collector, or one similar, please let me know.

Also, and I'm not sure if this should be in the price check forum seeing as I'm not asking for a price of an item I have but more a general inquirey, however:
Does anybody know how much Req. 10 (STRENGTH) +8 vs Piercing / - 3 damage recieved while hexed shields go for? OR, a Req. 10 (Strength) -2 stance / -2 hexed shield???

I'm trying to find recommended equipment so I can practise FoW farming, cause the equipment I have will apparently leave me incredibly vulnerable to self-ownage.

I have that shield, and it's req 9.

Out in the Scar in Prophecies, right next to Thirsty River. Need 3 Bleeched Shells (or is it only 2 now?)
