/cry .. erm im not to good on shields but I'D say .. 100k+150-300ectos+? maybe..the req is high ... sorry i dont know .. but thats my guess ..

no it wouldnt go that high, not many people have 12 strength if it was req 8,9,10 maybe but 100+200 ecto is way to high
