dood, if you know then why dont know no better than to fubar the forums up with another topic. Just because you post a new topic doesnt mean the dev's are gonna reply. They do read the other topics, and if you need anything your best bet it to post it in previous topics. It'll help everyone out, seriously.

I'd just like a response from them. People will keep posting about it until we get a difinitive answer. Continuous posting is Kind of like the "are we there yet?" syndrome.
They've already stated their position on this issue, and I think we have to take that as where they stand currently. Pushing them to re-state that or to change their minds on the issue isnt gonna make them move any faster.
Your new thread isnt going to be any louder of a statement, but probably just pose as an annoyance.

Unfortunately, it turned out to be a standalone that you could go to if you wished from the original game, but didn't really expand anything in the sense of your character progressing.
I thought every successive game they released would be in order, so that you'd have to have the original and have beaten it in order to go to the others. I think this would have been a much better idea, kind of like Act 5 in Diablo 2.
Oh well, looks like we're stuck at level 20 forever.
First Understand why Dev Made the Level Cap.
2nd, think of what the benefit of lifting the level cap might have.
3rd, think of the social and gaming impact of lifing the level cap would have on GW. (both PvP and PvE)
4th, think of ways to give player the benefit of increase level cap, yet still keep the goal/feel of the game true to the original.
5th, sumbit all points of why your ideas is good that make other hard to refuse it, with debates and adjustment.

Why not just increase the enemies level while leaving yours unchanged ?
I have yet to hear a sinlge good argument about why the level cap should be raised.
Guild Wars is not ****** D&D game, WoW or like other RPGs. Level number is PURE virtual ego, admit it. Useless, ancient and boring way to show that someone has consumed his time to something. AFAIK, no RPG game have empty levels which does nothing but increase the number. Why GW should have that kind of crap? You have titles already.

Realize that the game will get less interesting with a higher level cap. Any area that is currently challenging will become completely unchallenging.
Any suggestion that involves reducing the amount of interesting content should be withdrawn. If you want the game to be easier, play lower level areas.
If this is about proving that you are uber, there are plenty of interesting titles. If you want to increase your "power" try to fully unlock all classes on a single character and get a variety of top weapons.
Personally, I feel that the level indicator should disappear once you hit 20.

also, level 20 is a good cap, it'd make the already easy Shiro and Glint even easier. Make fun PvP unbalanced and last of all, they'd need to add areas/zones to the game it goes sort of like this:
(in my observations)
Pre-searing ascalon: lvl 1-8
Searing: 8-10
Northern Shiverpeaks: 10-14
Some parts of Kryta: 14-16
Maguuma: 16-20
ToA, Sanctum and other parts of Kryta: 20(challenging missions)
Crystal Desert: 20 (challenging enemies and missions)
Southern Shiverpeaks: 20 (with challenging enemies, some areas are easy enough to solo.)
Ring of Fire: Advance Level 20s
