Has anything changed?

I used to play this game (stopped nearly a year ago) but I still harbour fond memories. After burning out on the game that superceded GW I have come back to take a look.

As soon as I logged in I went to Beacons Perch, and, happily I still hear a spam of shouts from people "LFR TO DORKARS FORGE!!!"

Then I went made a new character in the Factions campaign and was gratified to hear endless spam along the lines of "join our guild, we have cool capes AND a hall!!"

I am gratified to see that the good ol' flavour of the month system of HoH is still in action, what is the current flavour of the month? It looks to be Monk-somethings.

Looking at this forum I see a few references to 55 build monks, are they still the king of farming?

So, what is a goodly amount of money nowadays? I noticed that, after finishing the first mission I had more than 1plat kicking about, is 15 globs of ecto + 15 shards still a livable with amount of money?

So, what (if anything) has changed in this game? It seems that the community is the same as it has always been, there is naked dancing in the streets of all towns.

Also, that is the emote that people do that gives them apperitions copying their movements? Is it a limited edition effect?

Heh, yea, runners are still popular as ever in Prophecies, although in Factions, most places are no longer runnable, due to locked doors/gates.

Pretty sure they stopped counting towards the Soul Reaping benefit...I could be wrong, but I'm sure they changed that, so no, they aren't being bought all over left and right anymore
