If i mods that axe with 20/20 and Health + 30 all the Life stealing :-1 and other stuff will be remove? and how much my axe will cost if i mods it. thanks

10k...don't add mods..the mods are worth more than this axe is worth...

Never, ever put perfect mods on an imperfect weapon just to resell. You won't recoup the cost of them.
