Its a req. 8 channeling 11-20 damage :-( .... Defensive Channeling Staff of Enchanting.

It does +5 armor, enchantments last 20% longer, and it reduces weakness duration on you by 20% ... i am hoping its worth 25-50k...but i don't think it is :-(

Dosen't matter i didn't mod it just found it

Salvage, it doesn't have casting mods.
