While the divine favor mod isnt too great, its 20% chance is perfect, and the -2 damage while in a stance is a very desireable mod. I.E. shields that have +30 health always -2 in a stance.

these shields are really rare something like that is hard to find anyways, so this is a really great shield and you really cant find a shield of this stature anywhere
