Chitin farming and how do I do it

In short I have a war/monk and a ranger/monk and a monk/anything (All LVL 20 and have many of the skills) someone tell me out of these three were is the best place to farm for chitin fragments in the shortest time and what build do i need or do you recommend please give me as much detail as possible. I greatly appreciate any detailed information you can give me! THANK YOU!!!!!

The solo FoW builds are great for this. Shadowy husks and spider legs salvage for around 15 chitin each. The builds should be stickied somewhere in the farming section of the forums, and they're for R/me and W/me respectively, so you're in luck.

The only enemies in their are mantids and they all drop chitin.

I helped a guildie to gather chitin recently. We went to kill the devourers at the start of the Thirsty River mission, and then the Dune Burrowers and Scarabs outside Thirsty River. Pickups and salvaging of Carapaces, Mandibles and Dune Burrower Jaw got more than guildie needed for full armour set.

outside druids overlooks real fast and easy salvage the carapace for 5 chiten each.

yeah in about a 40 min FoW spider run i get about 250 chittin just from salvaging spider legs
