The value of a weapon is determined by its inherent damage mod (or plus energy), requirement, and rarity. Other mods (Health, sundering, vampiric, etc.) add very small amounts to the overall price. It is better to sell individual mods and then sell a weapon as compared to modding a weapon.

lame, very stupid, so if I spend like 75k+ on the mods a one sword it makes them worth like 0 g :S
