Assassin's are da bomb!

I've heard a lot of muck about assassins sucking in pve. I think that is a load of crap. My 5th level Assassin pwns ! I played a Warrior to level 15 before I got bored with it, then switched to assassin. Even at level 2 my assassin did more damage than the warrior did at level 15, with one combo usually being enough to take out most foes. I've only played with henchies so far (my sin, a healer, warrior and ritualist), as I've found its difficult to find a group to play with (I'm shy, what can I say). Can't wait to get some elite skills and check out the damage at high levels. I love being able to zap next to some one, pull off a combo, and then zap back out leaving their corpse behind! I'm so confident in my abilities, that I challenge any lvl 20 character to a duel....and to make it fair, I won't use armor or weapons.

I got a Sin myself. I like him.
But don't say sins are "da bomb" just because they own on Shing Jea island.

Lvl20 Ftw!

Sins arnt just "Da Bomb" in Shing Jea.. they own all over the place!

Especially PvP !... why ?

Well my build has the following,

2 interupts. Including one knock down.
Can deal a large amount of damage quickly
Can inflict 3 deadly conditions in two attacks (poison, deep wound and bleeding)
Self Healing
Has increased running speed
Can Teleport, in AND out!
Res.

With all these abilities it makes the assasin VERY versitile in any situation and more importantly can solo.

There are draw backs of course, very low armor means any focused effort by several people can spell a quick death, also energy is often a problem meaning you have to wait build up before executing any assasination attempt. But once you are practised, experienced and skilled the art of avoiding damage will make you a most formidable opponent and a very usefull team-mate.

I for one am going to treat my assasin to FoW armor (when I can afford it)

I don't think 85 AL most of the time is that low? Sure, it has no absorption. But still.

To tell the truth, Sins own Tyria. Can hench just about everything, get bonuses, quicker and easier than any other character. Doing THK tonight, wish me luck.

Yes. It's funny Sins in Tyria are better than sins in Cantha.

I prefer not to use henchmen, coz they'll follow my target. It's better if I pick my target myself.
