Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you have to complete the Vizunah Square mission before getting to Dragon's Throat? How did he/she complete that mission, among the other quest before that, without getting enough XP to level pass 1?

The person stayed back from all of the fighting and didn't get any experience. They got the basic reward, so it wasn't enough to level her.

If not, then I don't know nor do I care because running achievements are meh.

You don't have to do Vizunah to get into Dragon's Throat. Kaineng -> Budek Byway -> Portal to Shadows Passage -> Dragon's Throat.

Minimum exp to get out of pre is about 850 (i think), lvl 2 comes at 2000 exp, so you can do one mission (Vizunah for this person, THK for some, and Sanctum for others) and still be lvl 1.
