sundering 20% / 20%
hp +28 (making it +30 later)

Don't add mods to the weapon, mods don't add value to the weapon like most people think. A +30 mod sold alone could get 35-45kish, on this weapon its value goes down to only adding a few k on the weapon.

45-50kish for weapon, if you added +30 maybe 55kish.

Yeah well.. i bought the axe for 1 ecto + 1 shard + 4k and added the 20/20 & the +28 mod afterwards. And im planning on using that axe on my warrior, so i might aswell make it +30 when i find a mod like that (sry, not going to buy one.. too expensive).
