Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Dagger Mastery +1 (20% chance while using skills)
Energy gain on hit: 1
Energy regeneration -1

Gold Sundering Dragon Scythes of Warding
Slashing Dmg: 7-17 (Requires 12 Dagger Mastery)
Damage +19% (while Health is below 50%)
Armor Penetration +20% (chance: 19%)
Armor +7 (vs. elemental attacks)

According to the rare skin sticky high req. dragon scythes are still worth selling, but I'm not sure it is still true with this damage mod and the other mods...
