ps: just making sure... -2/-2 = -2 while in stance AND -2 while enchanted

I'm also looking a -2 dmg echovald shield (gold)

req 10 tall -2stance/-2 enchant, 75k-ish
or req 11 summit warlord -2stance/-2 enchant but won't let that go easily
