armor:16(req 9 strength)
reduces physical damage by 5(chance 20%)
health +30

if thats a rare shield and not the green end-game factions aegis then i agree with the first price check. otherwise, 25-35k is the going rate for a green str req exalted aegis.

If it isn't the green item I have seen price checks for this kind of weapon as high as this, but if it is green lower still (20-25kish).
