imo i would say salvage and hope for the +29 b/c of the imperfect dmg mod. may want to get price checked again by a PC guru

I woudnt salvage it... 1% isnt much, plus is a perfect vampyric and an almost perfect foritude AND its a storm bow?

with having said that i stick to my PC. imperfect damage mod can cause price to drop a lot, even to the point of merc'ing the item. another PC can be requested as this is imo and i am not a PC guru.

7-10kish, very hard sell with imperfect damage mod and +enchanting as that mod, I'd salvage or merch to save yourself the time.
