hi, is it worth getting a second account ?

im thinking of getting a second account because i dunt have credit card to buy extra slots, wat u guys think???? i saw one for 30 bucks on Ebay but used.

yuo could probly find a brand new game for cheaper than 30 just look on there

If you do get a second account, I would recomend not getting it off ebay, enspecially if it is a already activated account. If you do get another account, you should probably just buy it from the store where you know there is no way that account can get banned for things you aren't responsible of.

Though really, If I were you, then I would just stay with my one account and get nightfall by preordering it (that is 1 slot for the preorder plus 2 slots for merging) and then just hope that either the next chapter's preorder gives 3 slots, or Arena Net allows us to use more than just credit cards to buy at their store. You can do without one class of a character for at least a little, right? I mean, do you really want to have to buy every chapter twice just to be able to experience the content of the chapters you have bought with all your characters?

i wouldnt bother, most ppl i know only have a 2nd account for storage purposes and even those that have a 2nd account for extra chars find it difficult finding time to use every char

You can also buy a character slot at a semi reasonable price off of the online store..- it would be a lot cheaper than buying the same game twice. It's very selfish of them to take away those slots though >.< really pisses me off that despite all the money this game makes them they just have to keep adding more and more reasons for us to buy extras, until they force us into a corner where we must decide whether or not to pay an extra $10 or live without the character.

I would wait, I think that they will start selling at the NC Soft store or and video game stores pretty soon. I think this was just testing the water so to speak.

i expect they will add another option to pay for slots besides CC in the near future..they are stupid if they dont

There is talk about adding other methods of payment.

If you have to buy a new account, do not but it on ebay.
50$ = 4 Slots I guess is ok, but buying slots is better if you have a card you can use.

I made good use of my accounts today, when I did the solo vermin killing I brought along a char from my other account in case of any chests there would have a gold item in it - and they pretty much all did, so basically I got double up on the golds

(obviously as usual most of the items were crap)

first he sais he didnt have the CC needed for what you suggested.

those slots were not taken away as you chose that the cost of 2 slots was worth having 2 worlds available to all characters

IMPORTANT NOTE YOU CANT ADD ANOTHER ACCOUNT OF THE SAME CHAPTER TO GET MORE SLOTS.

Im from the UK at the moment brand new GW:P is selling for £9.99 in the shops which at the moment is like $15-$18 bucks

i have 4 acounts i have 2 for prophices 1 is a collectors addition 1 isnt and the other 2 is for faction 1 is a collectors edition and 1 isnt

and ima do the same thing for night fall so ill have 6 accounts
