WTB 10/10 Forbidden Staves (req 8, 9 only)

Buying Forbidden Staves for my collection! This weekend should kick me off pretty well. Note, I am looking for 10/10s only. What the staff requires doesn't matter, as long as it's not Water Magic or Earth Magic, but it must be lower than req 10. And max, of course.

Stats must be:

Forbidden Staff
Energy +10
Damage: 11~22 ([b]req. 8 or 9 only)
Halves casting time (10%)
Haves spell recharge time (10%)

Staff head and wrapping are irrelevant.

IGN Dawn Merom. I will pay depending on the linked attribute of the staff: that is, a 10/10 spawning power isn't going to get you much but fire magic will.

I'm casually collecting these, so nothing over 25k please.
