the fire wand if worthless
if you are willing to risk it i would salvage the sword and try to get the mod
there is no other mod on it so you have a good chance of getting it. The sword alone wouldnt get more than 20-30k i recon however the mod could go for 60-80k

The fire wand is junk, merchant.

I would say you'd be lucky to see 8k out of the sword as is.
IMO, you should salvage it for the 20/20. GL either path you choose.
