Help!!! Monk Runner

Can anyone help me out with a build for a Mo/R that can run places? I know Spellbreaker is big but the other skills i cant figure out.

For Southern Shiverpeak runs? You can try.. 16 divine favor (scalp + sup rune) 12 wilderness survival.

1. Spellbreaker
2. Dodge
3. Stormchaser
4. Serpent's Quickness
5. Blessed Signet?
6. Purge Conditions
7. Blessed Aura
8. Watchfull Spirit.

Armor: I just use ascetics, I guess you can try a mix with judges for the annoying summit rangers, or the vs ele armor. Hp one as well.. I do fine usually with ascetics.
Weopon set: I use a HoD sword with 20% enchants and the collectors 20/20 divine favor offhand. Kephkets probably would do just fine.

Just cast your 2 enchantments blessed aura and watchfull. If your in a tough situation take off watchfull for that 190 heal.

I use before I aggro on main parts serpents quickness, spellbreaker, stormchaser, then dodge. Stormchaser again, if still aggroed with a group spellbreaker should be ready to use soon. Pretty simple after few you do it a few times and get used to the aggros. Good luck.

Ok i tryed running from War Camp to Citidel and i made it most of the way but i keep taking a ton of damage from Rangers and other enemies without spells. How do i get around this?

I would go with Mo/W look at this thread and I am suggesting you do this.
