online store issues

Well ever since i heard online store was coming out i was excited.When i booted it up for the first time it asked for my nx games id.....uh oh.

I bought prophcies in may 2005 when it came out but it wasnt appealing at first so iquit till about may 2006 when i came back... So i had no idea what my password and id was. So i tried the usual ones i probaly used back then...and 4 tries later it logged me out of the store..I figured something like that would happen so i wasnt suprised....So i tried to go back in and boom it shows up with a msg on a black screen that says

"Guild wars was unable to complete the operaton
Please try again in a few minutes. (code=004)'

so i tired 10 mins later and same msg. I really want some extra char slots so i can finnaly make my 2nd ele for pvp..
hopefully someone can help me

I dunno... I just bought another slot a few hours ago with no problem... try again?

Your Guild Wars login isn't your PlayNC login. You must create a seperate account for that (it's free), using the link provided within the game.
