i have and now its Celestial shield Armor:16 Req7tactics the mods was only 1 but it was perf mod Reduced Physical Dmg By 5(20% Chance)
now gimme a new PC plz

/agree with Rahl. Dual mods are what make shields valuable these days, yet req 7 is uncommon.
