The title sounds a little bit iffy but I wasn't sure how to word it.
Basically, when you heal someone it shows up telling you how much they're healed for.
I think that spells such as Reversal Of Fortune, Spirit Bond and Mark of Protection should show both sides when they get heals from it.
For example, say I'm a warrior and I attack someone who has Reversal Of Fortune on. Instead of it showing just -0, it should show -0 +58 even for the warrior, so he KNOWS when they have such an enchantment on them.
Get it? Not sure if I explained it well enough.
Healing Displayed no matter who heal.

yeah i agree, it would be extremely helpful most of the time, sometimes RoF goes off in an instance and you don't know what happened, so i kinda like this a lot
Naqser
you mean that the enemy see who is healed?
unholy guardian
no you see it, but you see damaged negated and stuff, like when someone casts rerversal of fortune it negates and heals, it should show the -0 thing too.

But not in the case of ordinary heals, right? Just heals caused by you? Like RoF or Healing Seed...
Toxage
But than skills like Healing Seed + Healing Hands would become worthless because people would notice that they are healing you.

It only shows the heals on the enemy target if you or a teammate caused the heal, e.g. attacking through RoF, Mark of Protection, Healing Hands, Healing Seed, etc, etc.

The key here is... if a warrior deals 0 or very little damage inadvertantly on some other character... the chances are the target had reversal. If when the warrior hits a foe and the foe's health goes up but you still did normal damage, you can bet your life that he has spirit bond, seed, hands, mark, etc.
Using common sense makes ANet's job a lot easier.
