merch them i would say..
1= high req. no +dmg
2= not max dmg and if you salvage it you will probably get the heavy upgrade

The merchant price seems like all that you can get, or a salvage. The only person that would buy it is someone with like 12 gold. So in that case I would go merchant or salvage.
