I would salvage for +30hp mod as it doesn't have perfect dmg mod.

it has high req and is missing the perfect dmg mod so as I said earlier; salvage should be considered. Even if it had 20% (while hexed) mod on it price would be around 5-10k and selling would be time consuming job. Unless someone really needs something like this. But that's my opinion. You can wait for other or decide yourself what to do.
