A new chat channel

I think A-Net should add a recruiting chat channel, so people can filter out recruiting if they are already in a guild.

Create a channel to filter the WTS and WTB spam from... oh shi---
Adding a recruitment channel won't reduce the spam much at all, and dumb recruiters will still spam their stuff on local. Nothing would change.

Extra public channels are just bad. People will spam altered WTB/WTS messages there too just like in observer channels.

everybody will still spam all channel, your solving nothing. Anyways, theres not enough recruiting spam to make another channel.
