PC: 14^50 Golden Phoenix Blade

typoed the title- its 14% always, -5 energy. I would like a Gurus opinion also plz, thanks.
14% mods arent listed in rare skins thread so I'd thought I'd ask.

15-22 req.9
14% always (-5 energy)
lengthens bleeding

15-25kish (Harder sell since it is not a perfect mod, double check this with someone else, ideally a guru)

I think this would be going at least 50k+. Skin matters here and dmg is not a factor since it has -5 energy. +5 energy phoenix blades were going 300k+

50kish is certainly possible, that is why I want a guru or someone to check this so I can learn from what they post, hard to tell with non-perfect damage mods, especially this weekend.

Oh and by the way the title says 14^50, the thread says 14 /-5... So what is the mod?
