Guild Battles with armies

Well, I bet this is gonna get a response, oh, it's gonna be laggy! oh, it's not gonna be enough PvPing and more PvBot. Whatever.... it's jsut an idea I'd like to see.
The idea is that the Guild battles would be held in this special battlefield which would be larger than a normal guild hall. Then basically you have a gaint battle field with bots on each side and they go to the center and make it a slaughter house...
So basically with the help of bots, the guilds fight eachother and the bots put a little more pressure onto the battle. Also they can cover for you and kill.
So the bots would be ressurected every... say 45 seconds.
So if you mak the tide go to yoru oppenents then you got the pressure, but the people from their base can still ward them off...
Anywho this is kind of vaguely described as people will say... How do I know? Oh it's too easy.
But anyway that's my idea.

i like the idea because in the guildwars lore guild battles were fought with large armys not 8 people

Sound like a fun idea.
Make each player command small group of low level soldiers (like group of 8 lv 12) who will follow that player. Low level so they are eaiser to kill, and will not play too much of deciding factor. Also need a big battle field with multiple objective and routes, so to better split the group up, else it just become a mindless click feast when clush between two groups.
Dynasty Warrior type of action is already great.

Well, MMs could only have so many minions you know.
Also, there can be smite monk bots to take those thigns out.

I actually like the idea. It could be like 12v12 a bit.
12 real players on a side, you get 36 AI to divide between teams. There could be 3 "Generals" at the back that is the primary objective to kill. Perhaps they could add the technology for destructable enviroments (I'm talking around Chap. 5+), though seeing as they dont even have an engine that can tell elevation, I wouldnt count on it.
Anyways I'd love to see some version of it that doesnt have the 'outpost' capturing like in BF2. And to have allies that dont only spawn at those outposts.

It's obvious that if this kind of change will take place, many builds will probably change and everyone will run a thing to lower the damage of the NPCs

In L2 you could have battles with 100's of players... Over a castle. it was some laggy stuff. But really dramatic.. I'd be satisfied with a 32 vs 32 player type guild battle. Thats 64 players, the size of a battlefield 2 server.
