what is the purpose of the -50 cesta?

what is the purpose of it, what are the complete stats, and where do i get them?

It's for 55HP Monks, I presume.
Grim Cesta:
Energy +6 (req. 5 Blood Magic)
Health -50
Energy +3 (while enchanted)
Energy +3 (while hexed)
Energy +5 (while Health is below 40%)
You can get it by completing the "Cities of Ascalon" quest given by Symon the Scribe.

They probably repeat the quest on different characters, I don't know. It's an easy quest.

It was just there, looked like something that might be helpful, the -50 is just a penalty for it's stats.

For one they go perfect with any 55 class, but the reason you see ppl wanting it more now is due to FF runners needing it for faster deaths along with a vamp weapon.

-50 Health is an extremely rare negative bonus for good stats all the time on a focus.
The Grim Cesta quest item is the only -50 hp item most people will ever see, but I HAVE seen screenshots of -50 gold items with +5 armor all the time. +5 armor on a focus requires a negative bonus like (while over 50% health) or -5 energy and such. And -20 Purple and blue items aren't that hard to find.
Its useful anytime you need less health...
