Hello everyone!

Thanks for reading this, I recently got a new shield and need help with pricing it up because I wish to sell.

Celetial Shield
Req 9 Tactic
Armour 16
-2 dmg while enchanted
+45 Health while enchanted.

Looks like its perfect so I though would be worth selling.
