Got this beauty in an UNid'd sale. Not sure how the req. affects value though... Is there a guide that covers the "req effect"



Once again, high req. rears its head... I know poison duration isn't exactly the Warrior cup of tea, but i remembered reading that "unconditional" damage (any %) mods are VERY rare! (I think sticky said they dont don't drop any more?)

that's not unconditional, because it gives you Armor -10 while attacking....


the ones that don't drop anymore are the ones that give you more damage, without any condition or taking anything out of you (armor, energy) or health or energy regeneration....

Jackie (or anyone else), was salvage recommend on the 1st axe because of the high req, +20 health below 50, or the high % chance to salvage max mod?

Just trying to get a better understanding of PC thought-process...
