This got buried fast... can anyone help me out? Just the sword would be fine, I'm worried most about that.

The sticky seemed to suggest I shouldn't trust price checks from people without the Price Check Guru title, so I'm giving this another bump, just for a second opinion.

Plus, the rare item baseline pricing guide says that sword is worth ~100K, not 30, so I'm skeptical.
