How do I get to the Ring of Fire? I'm from factions and have already ascended in Prophecies and have done FoW, but how do I access the Ring of Fire? I think the closest I am to it is Sanctum Cay...

You need to complete the Thunderhead Keep mission, this will take you to Ember Light Camp, which is the outpost before the Ring of Fire mission.

Ascension > Dragons Lair mission > Droknars > Ice Caves mission > Iron Mines mission > Thunderhead mission.

Yeah, make sure you get your armor infused by doing Iron Mines.
