PC on 3 GpB, 1 Oni Blade, 1 Platinium Longbow & 1 shield

I've tried to PC most myself, but the GpB + 5energy platinium longbow aren't noted on the Baseline Rare Weapons Thread. I just want to make sure for the Oni Blade, want to make sure that the upgrades don't add anything. And I'm pretty curious about the shield. I can PC most tyrian items myself, but Canthan items are pretty new to me.
