I've sold two 15^50req8 versions of this sword for 50k in the last few weeks. And the first one was sold asking' offer'. 50k was the first offer I recieved.
But then, I did buy one for 10k and one for 25k.
+15-10 is a much less popular bonus than 15^50 however, and while it may be considered the same in value by some, it's quite difficult finding a buyer for the same price.
I'd ask for 30k for this, you shouldn't have too much of a problem.

So, yes, adding certain mods (20/20 and +30 especially) will attract more potential buyers and sometimes you will recieve your money back for mods attached, but you will never raise the value of an item above what you paid for the base and its' components. And as most buyers a looking to haggle a little, unless you offer your item for over it's worth (thereby putting off half of your target) your probably going to loose out on any mods you attach to it.
