can someone give me a pc on these req. 8 dragon scythes i found

Poisionous Dragon Scythes of Warding
Dmg 7-17 (req. 8 dagger mastery)
Damage +15% (while enchanted)
Lengthens Poison duration on foes by 33%

and also does anyone know if the prices on rare skinned weapons got driven down from the weekend because i got this nice req. 10 +15 -5 dual gothic axe and i don't know if those baseline prices r still accurate
