Replace team leavers with hench men during mission

I think Anet should auto replace team leavers with henchmen base on their primary class. This will lessen the curses and swears of many who failed to complete their mission because of leavers.

I dont see any hassle if monk leavers are replaced with alesia or mhenlo......

I think if someone leaves, a small vote-box should pop up and everyone on the team votes for what the replacement hench would be. If you've got one of these 3 warrior teams, and one warrior drops.... you don't necessarily need Little Thom to instantly jump in.
