Well my best guess would be 10-20K max (Not sure however)... that bow has -2 health degen. There aren't many people who are going to want it.
Maybe if you change the bow string on it so its only -1 health degen?
But then again 15% always -1 HP degen items aren't every popular.
But some PvP players keep them so they can kill themselves if they fall into the ground during a PvP or GvG match.
