I have a dilema... Should I keep it or sell it!?!

I bought a crenelated sword off someone in a mission for 2.5k because he didnt like the mods on it.
max dmg, req 8, gold, +15% (enchant) but with crappy mods. Ive put a +30hp fortitude mod and a +10% furious mod because I believe they are the best mods for a sword and I did intend on using it for myself, but i think I would get quite a lot of money off it.

I do not have a lot of money, in fact I spent it all on the +30hp fortitude mod, and ive just finished kitting my warrior out with 15k kurzick armor...

how much do you think i would get for the sword as it is:
max dmg, +15% (enchant), req.8, double adrenaline (10%) +30hp

and how much would i get if i put on a 20/20 sundering hilt?

I think I will sell if its upwards of 300k, but i dont see that as being a likely scenario, there is one on the auctions but req,7 and is at 400k or so.

Your sword is worth about 40k, regardless of mods.

You've already lost all the money you spent on your +30 (the value did not increase when you attached this) so if you're looking to make money buy modding and selling, don't.

Components make an item more attractive, but I find it's only ever worth putting perfect mods on items over 500k in value (These are highly desired and much more likely to sell for over their estimated worth if you have a few buyers interested, so there's less of a gamble), or those that I know I'm going to use for a good long while.

ok, thanks for the advice... I think i'll just keep it. I only attached the mods because I thought I was goin to use it anyway.
