Stats preferred (roughly):
1) half recharge time
2) half cast time
3) armour+ while enchanted
4) health+ while enchanted
They can be blue/purple/gold as long as it is max dmg.
Skins preferred in order:
Air/Fire wand
Voltaic/Dragon's Breath wand
Zodiac wand
Wayward wand
Platinum wand
But NO AMBERS or JADE skins please !
