If you're modding to use, then yes. If you're modding to sell, then no.

The higher end of the bracket will be most likely if you add those mods, but you definitely won't recuperate the full cost of them, (That would be 200k including base item if you bought the mods at full price) so it's probably not worth it.

aww okay but can somone tell me the price if i did modded it?
like would it go for like 200k? 150? that sort of thing. been wanting to use it, but i just wanna have an opinion on the price if i did modded it.
pretty much i might just buy a fellblade like that after i sell the mods and base.

You'll still only be able to sell this for 100k, maybe 10-20k more... and only maybe.
Mods don't add value to an item. They make if more desirable, sure, but you will not get back the money you've invested.
