i had a clean one and those mods, wondering if its worth modding

If you're modding to use, then yes. If you're modding to sell, then no.

The higher end of the bracket will be most likely if you add those mods, but you definitely won't recuperate the full cost of them, (That would be 200k including base item if you bought the mods at full price) so it's probably not worth it.

Mods don't add value to an item. They make if more desirable, sure, but you will not get back the money you've invested.
