Question on Sundering

I am a little confused about how armor penetration works. I looked at wiki and it said some things stack and others do not. If you were to use the following combo; Sundering bow + 20% and Judges Insight + 20% and attack with the sundering bow shot + 20% armor penetration do you get a chance at a 60% ? or would the sundering bow shot be cancelled out by the bow and it would be only 40%?

Create a PvP character and go test the combos.

I was wondering (just for fun) about that with warrior.
*Primal Rage* (20%) + Judge's Insight (20%) + 20/20 hilt + 16 strength.... and do a final thrust on a below 50%hp 60armor dummy....possible 76% ap....o.O ....

Anyways I do think it's possible to do 60% ap... I think

My honest advice to you would be to just use a Vampiric mod instead, as it does more damage over time and is guaranteed to do that damage. Plus, you get healed.

Isn't 60 the AP cap though? Or was it 40?
