Sorry to break the news but you're not going to get much for it. Maybe somebody wanting it for a low level char, but prob 1-2k tops and that's a stretch.
Pretty much if shields dont' have dual mods then they are worthless.
Next time test it and sell un-id'd to some ebay noob in LA-especially if req 7!
